As of December 2015 (Statistics Canada, Business Register), 99.7% of all businesses in Canada were small or medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The Government of Canada purchases between CAD15-20 Billion of services and goods each year.
As an SME, when seeking a large business partner to pursue Government contracts within Canada and abroad, it is critical to articulate the business case—that is, the rationale and tangible value—that your small enterprise brings to the large corporation, firms such as Lockheed Martin Canada, Bombardier Inc., Northstar Aerospace Inc., and General Dynamics OTS Canada.
