What do you use to track your deliverables, how do you manage multiple projects, what is your folder structure, what are some tips in outlook and word, etc., etc., etc., etc. We have all been there, either you have to build something new or improve on something that isn’t working or you are just looking for a tip or trick that can help save you some time. March’s webinar “How Do You Do That” is just that, we are going to show and share what we do, and then we are going to open the floor to the interactive portion where the attendees can show some of theirs. The end goal …. we all learn something new.

Shannon Smith, CP APMP, is a Proposal Manager with Aecon Construction and has over 12 years of experience working in the world of bidding. She has managed response teams from 2 to 250 people and produced bids from 15 to over 100,000 pages and up to $1.7 billion. She is the proud owner of two husky-mix dogs, who you will hopefully not hear on this webinar, and a superb master of juggling an insane workload without the insane hours (most of the time).
